Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, subject to venue policy.

Alcohol not provided.

50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date.

Remaining balance due 48 hours before event.

Perfect for birthdays, girls’ night out, team building, church groups, bachelorette parties, and

fundraisers.

While we strive to provide a fun and safe environment, certain factors are beyond our control. These include:

•  Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stained items brought into the studio.
•  Allergies or Sensitivities: Non-toxic materials are used, but guests are responsible for managing any personal sensitivities.
•  Weather or Power Outages: Events impacted by unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or power outages will be addressed based on our rescheduling policy.
•  Unclaimed Paintings: Items left in the studio for over 15 days will be discarded.
  If you cannot pick up your painting within this time, please reach out to arrange shipping. No refunds or discounts will be provided for abandoned artwork.

 We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our customers while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each event.

• Cancellations made 10 days or more before your scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation are already underway.

• If you need to change your date and it is within 10 days of your event, you are welcome to reschedule your booking one time at no additional charge.
• Rescheduled events must take place within 60 days of the original event date (or you can specify a different time frame if you prefer).
• If you do not reschedule within the allowed timeframe, the booking will be considered canceled and non-refundable.

• If you do not show up for your scheduled event without prior notice, payments are non-refundable and cannot be applied to a future booking.
